Hi Alan and Angelika,
First of all, I apologise for not getting back to you earlier. We got back
from holiday, then straight back to work. Then you start forgetting about
your holiday when “normal” life carries on.
I’ve just posted a review on tripadvisor. About five months late, I know.
It will apparently take 48 hours to publish. I hope you like it.
Just wanted to thank you personally for looking after everyone, even the
French people! Seriously, you guys did everything to cater for our needs, even if a bit unexpected. Sorry about that.

By the way, the Phoenix Hotel is a gem. We will definitely be back.
