Keep a watch out for dolphins and whales in season. As your hosts, Alan Tours will also be able to offer professionally guided tours to Addo Elephant Park, longer overnight tours along the Garden Route, or other tours you may be interested in.
This 4-bedroom family home is situated just outside Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape and consists of 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The 3 additional rooms consists of one bedroom with a double bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms having single beds in each. The 3 additional rooms share a full bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen walks into a dining area for family meals followed by the lounge area which walks out onto the patio with the most amazing sea views.
Guests will have access to the house, patio and the entire garden and braai facilities. The garage and wendy house are not available for guest use.
The property is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. There are 10 steps down as you enter from the gate to the front door. The garden also has steep terracing and there are a few steps to get to the other side of the house. The sea-facing side of the house has a flat surface, however there is a gap between the paving and the boundary fence, so caution needs to be maintained when kids are playing outside.
Seaview is a quiet neighbourhood with all the necessary amenities within a 3-5 minute drive. We have a small shop where you can buy essentials, but recommend buying your groceries for your stay in Port Elizabeth, before coming to sea cottage. The village of Seaview also has a pub, a pharmacy, laundromat and hardware store in close vicinity of the property. We also have a police station in the area. The closest petrol station and medical practitioner is about 10 minutes drive from Seaview.
